Using the BKOOL Quick Release Skewer allowsyou to securely attach your rear wheel to your BKOOL trainer. The 19cm Cr-Mo-Alsteel skewer must be used to guarantee safety when using BKOOL Trainers.

Simply remove your existing skewer andreplace it with the BKOOL one and then when you are done on the turbo trainerplace your regular skewer back into the rear wheel.
