This bottom bracket is when you have aPF30, BBright, or 386EVO shell frame and want to install a BB30 crankset intothe frame. All have a 46mm inner diameter and smooth insides, though the widthsvary from 68mm to 86mm. The crank has a 30mm diameter spindle.
This bottom bracket features nearly zeroloss of power due to friction, thanks to the bearings. Either our Standard orCoated Bearings. Both have super round, super smooth CeramicSpeed balls rollingon hardened-steel races. The Coated version has a metallic coating laid ontothe races, making them even harder and smoother, resulting in longer life andlower drag. They come installed in cups.

Technical Data
30mm thru-axle cranks are increasinglypopular due to high stiffness and low weight. 46mm inner diameter bottombrackets are popular for the freedom they offer designer in building frames.Because of the variety of widths, the cups here extend into the shell and comewith a telescoping spacer tube to further seal and stiffen the system.
The bottom bracket is already stiff thanksto hard ceramic bearings and hardened-steel races. Thanks to CeramicSpeed, it’salso nearly zero drag. Standard Bearings typically have frictional drag of0.3-0.4 watts per set. That’s in the range of a 75% drag reduction versusconventional bb’s. The bearings last at least 3x longer than other bearings.
Change the grease for your rides. Race DayGrease, All Round, and Long Life are greases CS designed. The first is theleast drag, the last is the most durable. All Round, in the middle, comes inroad bearings.
