How can I track my order?
After logging in, you can view your order status on the "Orders" page in "My Account."
PICKUP IN STORE (HONG KONG ONLY)
Local orders can be picked up at our store during business hours. Please present the transaction-related certificate issued by the system upon arrival.
Business hours: Monday to Friday 10:30am-7:30pm (excluding Hong Kong public holidays)
Store address: Flat B2, 7/F, Yau Tak Industrial Building, 10 Tin Hau Road, Tuen Mun, Hong Kong
If you choose the pickup in store service, it will take us approximately 3-5 working days to prepare the goods for you.
Please be sure to carefully select the pickup time and arrive at our store on time to pick up the goods. If you need to change the pickup time or shipping method, please contact our customer service staff before the pickup time.
*In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, we will contact the customer by email or other means to arrange another pickup time.
SF EXPRESS (HONG KONG ORDERS)
If the customer does not specify a logistics company, all local (Hong Kong) orders will be arranged by default with SF Express for delivery.
The following delivery time is only an estimate, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. The actual situation depends on the recipient's location/courier and other external factors. Orders will only be processed and shipped after we receive your payment.

*Please note that we will observe most Hong Kong statutory holidays, so there may be slight delays in processing orders before and after holidays.
*Please ensure that the email address and telephone information you enter is correct. Any orders with incorrect contact information that result in delays in the delivery process or even cancellation due to inability to process will not be notified separately.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (ALL NON-LOCAL ORDERS)
If the customer does not specify a logistics company, we will select Hong Kong Post/SF Express/Fedex and other arrangements for delivery based on the situation.
Please note that the following delivery time is only an estimate, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. The actual situation depends on the recipient's location/courier/customs and other external factors. Orders will only be processed and shipped after we receive your payment. We use air parcel by default.
