Cane Creek Helm MKII Air 29" AURORA Limited Edition

Helm MKII Aurora are hand-painted using the Saran Texture Method to give each fork its own unique pattern. The color changing paint transitions from gold to green to bronze, depending on the light. This color and texture combination bears a striking resemblance to the Aurora Borealis – a spellbinding natural light phenomenon, witnessed at high latitudes in Winter.  

Helm MKII’s include a newly designed damper featuring a new compression and mid-valve circuit for increased support and control while a new SKF oil seal head and 2.5-weight damper oil reduce friction and provide a more supple ride feel.

Available in 29-inch wheel, Air or Coil, 160mm travel with a 44mm offset. All Helm MKII forks are easily travel-adjusted at home.

Tuning your suspension starts with dialing in your spring.  The independent positive and negative air chambers – along with the self contained indexed volume adjustment system allow all Helm air forks to be set up for any rider and any style. 

The Helm MKII air spring has a redesigned air piston which increases air volumes and reduces friction, greatly improving traction and suppleness on trail.   The threadless seal head and manual negative air charge button designs allow for easy travel setting adjustments and the ability to properly set up riders of all different sizes and abilities.

Our suspension team’s attention to detail is illustrated in our three step Dyno testing, ensuring that our hand built products reach high standards of precision and performance.

This process includes:

Individual Damper Assemblies compression and rebound verification.

Helm Chassis validation of the spring and damper

Final hand dyno to ensure quality and supple feel.
