This is an updated version of the Oversized Pulley Wheel System for Shimano 9200 and 8100 with unique, ceramic coated pulley wheels. The Cerakote provides an exceptionally durable surface finish. Mounting instructions for both this and the older version are to be found under our Support section.

This new design has an integrated stop tower for easier mounting.

This OSPW System has handbuilt CeramicSpeedBearings installed in each pulley and comes with a 4 year warranty as standardand a lifetime warranty when choosing coated bearings.

Featuring a 13-tooth upper pulley wheel anda 19-tooth lower pulley wheel to provide absolute optimisation of the rearderailleur. The upper and lower oversized aluminium pulley wheels come fittedwith either standard or coated CeramicSpeed Bearings.

Please note while there are visualsimilarities in the 9100 Series OSPW and 9200 Series OSPW, the spring tensionsettings, rotation stop tower placement, and mounting pin depth are slightlyrepositioned and as such the systems are not cross compatible.

The overall power savings of the OSPWSystem for Shimano 9200 reach 30%-60%, or more in some cases, over a stocksetup.

The oversized pulley wheels have 3-5 timeslonger lifetime than the commonly used standard pulleys on the market.

Please note: The OSPW System for 9200 isNOT currently approved for Ultegra 8170 derailleur.

Maintenance of CeramicSpeed OSPW Systems

Regarding the maintenance of your OSPWSystem, it is important that you properly lubricate your bearings in order toensure optimal performance and maximum longevity. Add oil by using thelubrication points on the back cage plate, so that oil can penetrate thebearing. Do this when you lubricate your chain, if you have washed your bike orafter riding in wet or muddy conditions.
