CYRANO HANDLEBAR R1 SNAKE

A carbon fiber road bike handlebarexceptionally strong, and very light. The Cyrano R1 Snake have the longestreach (85 mm) and deepest drop (140 mm).

Cyrano is fizik’s range of cockpitcomponents, comprising handlebars, stems and seatposts. Handlebars are highly-stressed,safety-critical parts, making strength and fatigue resistance of paramountimportance. Low weight is of course also a priority.

Cyrano handlebars are available in threemodels, according to material specification, and in three shapes to fitdifferent rider physiques. Each shape is carefully designed to give easytransitions between different riding positions – tops, hoods and drops. Therange of nine fizik Cyrano handlebars models are each available in a choice offour widths, to ensure a perfect fit.

The Cyrano R1 is the medium specification,made from High-Modulus carbon fiber. HM carbon bars can be made just as strongas HMUD carbon bars, but, requiring more material, carries a minor weightpenalty over the range-topping Cyrano 00 model.

The result is exceptionally strong, andvery light. The Cyrano R1 Snake have the longest reach (85 mm) and deepest drop(140 mm), with a rounded curve than traditional bars. This shape allows highlyflexible riders to adopt a low, flat-backed riding position with horizontalforearms.
