Meaning Brick, in Italian, the Mattone isSILCA's award winning seat bag powered by the Boa Closure System.

With the new Mattone Grande, we have now createda 'bigger brick' with 77 cubic centimeters of internal volume more than 2x thevolume of the original Mattone (36 cubic centimeters). The Mattone Grande iscapable of holding up to 3 road tubes along with 2 CO2 cartridges, 2 tirelevers and a multi-tool. It can also easily hold up to two 29x2.5 MTB tubesalong with CO2, levers and Multi-tool, the Mattone Grande is ideal for thoselong adventure rides or races where you must be prepared for everything.

Similar to the original Mattone, a highfriction Hypalon strap with BOA® Closure completes the package. Making more than 15x the power of Velcro®,the BOA® Closure uses a ratcheting mechanism that will not creep or loosen evenunder the most extreme vibration and impact. This ensures the Mattone willremain ‘high and tight’ under your saddle until you need to access it... noswinging, swaying, or rattling... ever!
